Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 60 Seconds Sharp (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you visit 60secondssharp.com or buy our products. 60 Seconds Sharp is an independent product brand operated from Colorado, USA. The product was invented by Chris Burton.
Information we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. Specifically:
- Order information. When you buy something, our payment processor collects your name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and payment details. We receive the order details and shipping information; we do not store full card numbers.
- Contact and support messages. If you email us, fill out the contact form, or open a support chat, we receive the message you send and any contact details you include.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
- Returns information. When you start a return, we collect the order number, reason, and any photos you provide.
- Server logs and basic analytics. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps, referring URL) for security and performance. We may use privacy-respecting analytics in aggregate to understand which pages perform well.
- Cookies. We use the minimum cookies needed to keep your shopping cart, login session, and checkout working.
How we use information
- To process and ship your order.
- To respond to support questions and returns.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for (one click to unsubscribe).
- To detect fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To improve the product, the site, and our customer support.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent contact lists. We do not share your information with advertisers for cross-site tracking.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to run the business — for example, payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and customer support tooling. They only receive the information needed to perform their service and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep order and tax records for as long as required by U.S. law (typically several years). Support messages are kept while they are useful for resolving issues and warranty questions. You can ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to retain.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.
External links
Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, manufacturer documentation or referenced articles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Children's privacy
Our products are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
- Email support@60secondssharp.com to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information.
- Use your browser settings to block or clear cookies.
