How long do I have to return an item?+
30 days from delivery for unused, in-original-packaging items. Damaged or defective items have no time limit — just reach out.
Do I need photos?+
Photos are optional but help us resolve your request faster, especially for damaged or wrong-item claims.
When do I get my refund?+
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of us receiving the returned item. It then takes 3–10 days to show on your statement.
